Amanda Erickson
Teaching Fellow
Amanda Erickson is an artist and educator based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She graduated from Hamline University in 2019 with a BA in Studio Art. In her practice, she explores concepts of mental illness and playfulness through mixed media collage, painting and sculpture. Amanda currently teaches Elementary Art at a Montessori school in Saint Paul where she is developing a curriculum based around student agency and medium exploration. This is her second summer at Oxbow and she is excited to return to a community of creative individuals.
